1. About Bingelo
Bingelo is a service operated by Kerem Ar, an individual based in Türkiye. It helps you track television shows, movies, episodes, ratings, lists, and related community activity. Bingelo does not stream or provide video content.
By creating an account or using Bingelo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bingelo.
2. Your account
Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.
3. Your content and public activity
You keep ownership of the comments, replies, profile text, and other material you submit. You give Bingelo permission to host, store, display, and distribute that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you use, including showing public material to other users.
Profiles and activity shown publicly in Bingelo may include your username, display name, bio, profile artwork, library information and statistics, follows, comments, replies, likes, and public lists. Lists marked private are visible only to you. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to use.
4. Community rules
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deliberately mislead another person.
- Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Post spam, malicious code, or content that interferes with the service or other users' use of it.
- Try to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, or bypass security controls.
5. Reporting and blocking
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a comment, feature request, public list, or user in the app, or email [email protected]. We review reports promptly and may remove the content or suspend the account involved.
You can block another user from their profile or from one of their comments. You then no longer see each other's comments, profiles, or activity, and any follows between you end. You can unblock them from their profile.
6. Bingelo+ subscriptions
Bingelo+ is an optional paid subscription that, when available, unlocks extra features such as profile appearance. The price, billing period, and included features are shown before you buy.
You buy it through the App Store or Google Play, under that store's terms. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it in your store account's subscription settings before the renewal date; the App Store requires at least 24 hours before. Refunds are handled by the store. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Deleting your Bingelo account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your store account as well.
7. Catalog and other services
Show, movie, episode, cast, and artwork information may come from third-party catalog providers, including TMDB and TheTVDB. Their material and services are subject to their own terms. Bingelo is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with the studios, streaming services, TMDB, or TheTVDB.
8. Changes, enforcement, and account deletion
We may remove content or restrict or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You can stop using Bingelo and request account deletion in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to account data.
We may change or discontinue parts of Bingelo. When a change materially affects these Terms, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where the law permits.
9. Service availability and legal rights
We work to keep Bingelo available and reliable, but the service may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your country.
